AOC And Sunrise Movement Lay Siege To The White House Blocking All Exits
[CITIZEN FREE PRESS]

The Sunrise Movement along with AOC and Cori Bush block White House entrances

A group of freaks, flanked by noteworthy Democrat politicians, protested outside of the White House on Monday, demanding the Biden administration adopt an infrastructure plan that prioritizes climate change and blocking every entrance to the White House as part of their demand for action.

Activists from the far-left Soros-funded group the Sunrise Movement marched to the White House on Monday to demand the Biden administration put climate change-related initiatives at the forefront, particularly in terms of the ongoing infrastructure negotiations. According to reports, protesters are blocking every entrance to the White House, demanding Biden heed to their Green New Deal agenda.

Panic At The New York Times
Panic in those quarters is a happy thought, indeed. They worked hard to get to this point, and now we all get to enjoy the result, each in our own way.
[POWERLINEBLOG] The New York Times

...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize...

reports that crime is starting to worry "progressives" — not the phenomenon, but the politics of it. I don’t know whether progressives in general are worried, but the ones at the Times sure are. This Times article focuses on the success of Eric Adams
...retired New York City police captain, member of the New York State Senate, first Black Brooklyn borough president, law and order Progressive Democrat after a brief fling with the Republicans...
in the Democratic mayoral primary. The Times frets that the winner of the race (at least in terms of the popular vote) "focused much of his message on exposing progressive slogans and policies that he said threatened the lives of ’Black and brown babies’ and were pushed by ’many young, white and rich’ people." That’s hitting awfully close home for the New York Times.

The Times acknowledges that Adams’ message resonated with Black and Latino voters, constituencies upon which Democrats depend. It quotes Hakeem Jefferson, a Stanford political science professor. In Jefferson’s view, there’s a disconnect between these voters and the Democratic left. Says Jefferson, "the middle black voter is not AOC and is actually closer to Eric Adams."

Bernie Sanders
...The only first openly Socialist member of the U.S. Senate. Sanders was Representative-for-Life from Vermont until moving to the Senate for the rest of his life in 2006, assuming the seat vacated by Jim Jeffords. He ran for the 2016 nomination for president, to be cheated out of it by Hillary Clinton, then went back to being an Independent socialist, waiting for 2020 to roll around...
, who unsuccessfully courted black voters in two separate campaigns, would probably agree, at least privately.

The Times goes so far as to say that the success of Adams, coupled with polls showing the "disconnect" between the views of Blacks and the Democratic left on matters of crime and policing, "threatens to undermine a central tenet of [Democratic] political thought for decades." It seems to agree with Adams that "if the Democratic Party does not recognize what we have done here in New York, [it’s] going to have a problem in the midterm elections and. . .in the presidential elections."

But are Democrat politicians willing to suck it up, abandon "a central tenet of their political thought," and get behind the police? Maybe, at least in terms of rhetoric.

But if they do, they will face plenty of pushback from the hard left. The Times quotes a member of the leftist "Working Families Party" who seems to accuse Adams of using a racist "dog-whistle" on crime. This, despite the fact that Adams is black.

Because Adams is black, and an ex-cop to boot, he can take this kind of inane criticism. But can Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. We get to suffer the consequences...
? Can most liberals? Possibly, but they would much rather not.

Dean of Ethnic Studies hoped Clarence Thomas 'dies early, like many black men do,' but who cares, really?
[BIZPACREVIEW] Dr. Julianne Malveaux, who is poised to become the first-ever dean of Ethnic Studies at Cal State University in Los Angeles, is learning that her words can indeed come back to haunt her.During a 1994 appearance on PBS, Malveaux expressed her disdain for Supreme Court
...the political football known as The Highest Court in the Land, home of penumbrae and emanations...
Justice Clarence Thomas by publicly wishing for his death.

"I hope his wife feeds him lots of eggs and butter, and he dies early, like many black men do, of heart disease," she said at the time.

It took Malveaux nearly 20 years to walk back her death-by-breakfast comments aimed at the now 73-year-old conservative black justice, and take into account the damaging results from such flippant and irresponsible comments.

In the wake of the Gabrielle Giffords shooting, in 2011, Malveaux, who was president of Bennett College for Women in Greensboro, North Carolina, penned a blog post about the power of hate speech and used the forum to address her own actions, and express regret for the reckless comments aimed at Thomas.

"It has taken me nearly two decades and an attempted liquidation to understand the damage that my wisecrack might have caused, not to Justice Thomas, but to the public discourse. I hope it won’t take our nation two more decades to understand and embrace the notion of speech civility, even for, no, especially for, political opponents," Malveaux said in 2011. "Every day, and in every way, I tell my students, faculty, and staff that I value civility. Yet, my comment about Clarence Thomas was not only uncivil, it was ugly and unnecessary. And it really wasn’t that funny. I regret it. I apologize for it. I wish I could take it back."
She could have just ignored it. The entire country regards her as a soulless hate puddle wrapped in a skin. They just hadn't associated the words with a face after all that time.

National Archives' Racism Task Force Says Rotunda Example of 'Structural Racism'
[THEGATEWAYPUNDIT] The National Archives’ racism task force said in a report that its own Rotunda — which houses the Declaration of Independence, the US Constitution and Bill of Rights is an example of "structural racism."

The report, according to Fox News, attacked the Founding Fathers as "wealthy White men in the nation’s founding while marginalizing BIPOC [Black, Indigenous and other People of Color], women, and other communities."

The task force, which was established after George Floyd’s death, suggested ways to "reimagine the Rotunda" including "dance or performance art in the space that invites dialogue about the ways that the United States has mythologized the founding era."

Texas Woman Charged With 26 Counts Of Voter Fraud, 500 More Fraud Cases In Pipeline
[TYLERPAPER] A South Texas woman was arrested by the Texas Attorney General’s Office Wednesday on 26 counts of violating state election laws.

Monica Rene Mendez, 36, of Port Lavaca, was charged with three counts of illegal voting, seven counts of unlawful voter assistance, eight counts of returning marked ballots without consent and eight counts of election fraud, according to jail records.

Further details, including the jurisdiction, timing or specific nature of the alleged violations, as well as the number of ballots potentially affected, remained unclear Thursday.

As of Thursday morning, Mendez remained in jug at the Victoria County jail, where she is being held on $1,000 bond.

Chief Deputy Will Franklin of the Victoria County Sheriff’s Office referred questions about the charges to the Texas Attorney General’s Office, which did not immediately respond to an interview request Thursday morning.

Victoria County Elections Administrator Margetta Hill said she was not aware of any violations that had occurred locally during this past November’s election or the May 1 elections this year. Local officials and the Attorney General’s office would typically communicate in the event of any election integrity issues, Hill said.

"They would notify me, and I would notify them if I was having a problem also," Hill said.

Over 500 Election Fraud Cases Are Pending in Texas Courts: Attorney General

[EpochTimes] Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said over the weekend that his office still has more than 500 election fraud cases that need to be heard in court.

The attorney general made the announcement after a woman was arrested by the state Election Fraud Unit late last week for multiple counts of election fraud, according to a statement from his office.

"We will prosecute voter fraud every time we find it," Paxton, a Republican, wrote on Twitter over the weekend in reference to the case. "Currently, our office has over 500 cases waiting to be heard in court."

While Paxton didn’t provide any more information about the cases, he said that "voter fraud is real" and that "Texans deserve to know their vote is legally and securely counted."

According to the release from his office, which provided scant details about the case, Monica Mendez was arrested and booked into the Victoria County Jail on June 23. It came after a grand jury returned an indictment on seven counts of illegal voting, eight counts of unlawfully assisting a voter, eight counts of unlawful possession of ballots, and eight counts of election fraud.

Her case, however, wasn’t related to the 2020 election, the release said, but to a 2018 local election. The Texas secretary of state referred Mendez to the attorney general’s office.

Referring to the Mendez case, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott
... governor of Texas. Abbott is a Republican. His 2014 Dem opponent, state senatrix Wendy Davis, thought the absolute, most pressing, most important issue facing the state was abortion. Abbott beat the pantyhose off her. His 2018 opponent, Lupe Valdez didn't dwell too heavily on abortion, but she lost too...
suggested that his office would continue to pursue laws that are designed to bolster security around elections. The governor several days ago announced a special session of the state legislature to pass a number of measures relating to voter fraud laws, critical race theory, and how the state handles bail bonds.

#8  Since these fraud allegations are from 2018 and in Texas where the investigation was either expedited or by the book, it shows how long it takes to get a fraud case done.

Any fraud from 2020 will take quite a while to fully investigate.

Desperate Barack Obama Pleads with Lawmakers to Push Through ‘For the People Act' to Make it Easier For Democrats to Steal Elections (VIDEO)
[Gateway Pundit] A desperate Barack Obama pleaded with lawmakers to push through the -For the People Act- to make it easier for Democrats to steal elections.

GOP legislatures are working to secure elections by implementing voter ID laws, banning ballot harvesting and requiring signature checks on all absentee ballots.

Obama, his former AG Eric Holder and House Speaker Pelosi discussed the Democrats’ plan to steal elections going forward on a Zoom call Monday.

Barack Obama was clearly panicked and said there will be "unfairness in terms of results" if voter ID laws are passed and ballot harvesting is banned.

In other words, Obama admitted the Democrats have to cheat in order to win elections.

"If we don’t stop [GOP voting efforts] now, what we are going to see is more and more contested elections... we are going to see a breakdown of the basic agreement that has held this magnificent democratic experiment together all these years," Obama said.

"I have every confidence that Nancy, working in conjunction with Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden... are going to figure out a way in which there is an up and down vote on the for the People Act," he added.

NYC's next mayor will have to contend with hostile, lefty City Council
[NYPOST] No mayor is an island. Gotham’s next leader — likely Eric Adams — must deal with a brand-new City Council in pursuing recovery, with most incumbents term-limited out of office. Lawmakers will have a say in everything from hiring more cops to which livability laws the city enforces. Will the new council help — or hurt?

The good news: Last week’s Democratic primary wasn’t a far-left triumph. Trying (still) to capitalize on the AOC win three years ago, the Democratic Socialists of America endorsed six candidates. Only two — public defender Tiffany Cabán of Jackson Heights and Alexa Avilés of Sunset Park — are leading.

These are hardly flipped seats; there is no red wave changing New York politics.

In several neighborhoods, voters chose not a radically different future, but the past: The Upper West Side renominated Gale Brewer, who held the same seat before becoming borough president eight years ago.

East New York will likely re-re-elect Charles Barron, the career speechifyer who vacated the seat for his wife, Inez, in 2013. In both cases, the ideology stays the same.

Corey Johnson’s likely successor in Hell’s Kitchen and Chelsea is Erik Bottcher . . . a longtime Corey Johnson aide. Julie Menin of the Upper East Side is slightly to the right of the incumbent, Ben Kallos.

Maybe voters had too many choices, whether for mayor or comptroller, forcing them to seek out the name they already knew further down the ballot. Or maybe it’s by design: The voters just didn’t give the council much direction.

Chris Wallace Presses GOP Rep. On Claim That Republicans Defunded Police
[DAILYCALLER] On "Fox News Sunday," Fox News anchor Chris Wallace repeatedly asked Republican Indiana Rep. Jim Banks if Republicans are responsible for defunding the police.

Wallace said that Banks and the GOP voted against the $350 billion in President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. Old, boring, a plagiarist, fond of hair sniffing and grabbing the protruding parts of women, and not whatcha call brilliant... or is that an act?...
’s American Rescue Plan that funds coppers, in turn asking if he and all the other Republicans that voted against the bill voted to defund the police. Wallace’s question came in response to his earlier guest, White House senior adviser Cedric Richmond, who made the claim that Republicans were indeed responsible.

Banks did not address Wallace’s question and instead explained how police forces are having a hard time recruiting new officers due to language from the Democrats.

Wallace asked, "Can’t you make the argument that it’s you and the Republicans who are defunding the police?"

"Not at all, Chris," Banks replied. "I mean let’s go back again and look at the last year and the record of comments that Democrats have made from Rashida Tlaib who said that policing is inherently evil."

"No, no, no," Wallace interjected. "Wait, sir, respectfully. Wait, wait, sir. Respectfully. I heard you make that point but I’m asking you, there’s $350 billion in this package the president says can be used for policing and I — let me put up some of the specific points he said."

#1  I watched that. Wallace repeatedly interupted him. The money in the bill they are talking about was never meant to be used to give cities that had defunded their police. It is only now being claimed that's what it is for. The Democrats are now claiming those cities defunded their police because of covid. THE BALD-Faced lying is amazing.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez warns of 'hysteria' on soaring violent crime incidents
[AMERICANTHINKER] Violent crimes are soaring in places like New York City. The left has called for defunding the police, and as leftist politicians bow down to them, police are retiring in droves. What does the queen of the far left have to say now that the news is getting out?

All that far-left socialist Rep. Alexandria Boom Boom Ocasio-Cortez
Dem Congressgirl from da Bronx in Noo Yawk and leader of the Mean Girl Caucus in Congress. One of the Great Minds of the 21st Century, she is known as much for her innaleck as for her dance moves. She is all in favor of socialism, even though she's fuzzy on the details. She was the inventor of the Green New Deal, though she doesn't talk about it much anymore...
can offer is: Don't be hysterical.

According to Fox News:

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D, N.Y., has expressed concern that recent headlines referring to spikes in crime across U.S. cities are stirring up "hysteria."

"We are seeing these headlines about percentage increases," Ocasio-Cortez said during a conversation with New York Rep. Jamaal Bowman over Zoom. "Now, I want to say that any amount of harm is unacceptable and too much, but I also want to make sure that this hysteria, you know, that this doesn’t drive a hysteria and that we look at these numbers in context so that we can make responsible decisions about what to allocate in that context."
Which is really pretty ... Marie-Antoinette, actually, given the $2 billion she voted in favor of for her level of her own personal security in Congress, as Fox noted, later down in the report.

And even more amusingly, it's projecting, given her own record of hysteria.

Well she is one to talk...

What is this I hear about her and her buds, locking down the White house ?

Scores arrested, peaceful demonstration (?) not on your life sister...

You need to be criminally tried, censured and expelled from Congress with all privileges, remuneration and benefits (retirement or otherwise) voided and terminated permanently.
