Brendan Green said that Noah suddenly abandoned his Newport News apartment one day and moved to Indianapolis, saying that the drugs had inspired him to go there. When he was in Indianapolis, Noah Green began to tell his brother that people were breaking into his apartment.
Brendan Green flew to Indianapolis to make sure his brother was safe. The apartment seemed secure, he said, but his brother’s "mind didn’t seem right."
A couple of months ago, Noah Green left Indianapolis and moved to Botswana, according to his brother.

According to Iraq’s Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Mohammed Oreibi al-Khalifa, 52, passed away in a hospital in Baghdad where he was being treated for complications from the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... Oreibi graduated from the Faculty of Law at Baghdad university in 1992 and was appointed a judge in 2000 by a presidential decree.
He shot to fame after he was named an investigative judge in the trial of Saddam and his regime in August 2004. He later took over as the lead judge in Saddam’s trial for genocide, which also included Saddam’s cousin Ali Hassan al-Majid, known as Chemical Ali, and five other defendants on charges related to their roles in the bloody 1987-1988 crackdown against Kurdish rebels, known as the Anfal campaign.
The prosecution alleged that around 180,000 people died, many of them civilians killed by poison gas. Saddam was subsequently convicted and sentenced to death; he was executed on Dec. 30, 2006.
Oreibi tolerated very few disruptions from Saddam and his co-defendants during the trial — even throwing the deposed Iraqi leader out of the courtroom several times amid fiery ...a single two-syllable word carrying connotations of both incoherence and viciousness. A fiery delivery implies an audience of rubes and yokels, preferably forming up into a mob... exchanges between them.
In one session, after a shouting match between them, he ordered Saddam held in solitary confinement for several days.
The statement from the judicial council lauded Oreibi for his what it said was courage in handling the trial of Saddam and the former regime.

[OneIndia] The Gujarat ...where rioting seems to be a traditional passtime... Assembly on Thursday passed an amendment bill which provides for a prison sentence of upto ten years and a maximum fine of Rs 5 lakh for fraudulent or forcible conversion by marriage.
The bill amended a 2003 law which penalises religious conversion through coercion or allurement.
As per the government, the Gujarat Freedom of Religion (Amendment) Bill, 2021 sought to curtail "emerging trend in which women are lured to marriage for the purpose of religious conversion".
The main opposition Congress voted against the bill.
BJP-ruled Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh recently enacted similar laws banning fraudulent conversions through marriage.
As per the amendment, a forcible "conversion by marriage, or by getting a person married, or by aiding a person to get married" shall invite imprisonment of three to five years and a fine of up to Rs 2 lakh.
If the victim is a minor, woman, Dalit or tribal, the offender may be punished with a jail term of four to seven years and a fine of not less than Rs 3 lakh.
If an organization violates the law, the person in charge can be sentenced to a minimum of three years and a maximum of ten years in jail. A fine of upto Rs 5 lakh can also be imposed in such cases.
The bill was passed after a day-long discussion in the House.
While introducing the bill in the House, Minister of State for Home Pradeepsinh Jadeja said that "love Jihad is a hidden agenda behind religious conversions" and listed such alleged incidents in Gujarat and elsewhere.
Leader of Opposition Paresh Dhanani said love doesn''t see religion or caste.
"Love has no boundaries, it sees no religion, no caste, it is a feeling and there should be no curb on it. No one can curb the feelings," said the Congress leader.
The amendment also provides that a marriage solemnised for the purpose of unlawful conversion shall be declared void by a court.
The burden of proving innocence shall lie on the accused person.
Any aggrieved person, his/her parents, siblings, or any other person related by blood, marriage or adoption may lodge an FIR under the law.
The offences under the Act will be cognisable and non-bailable and shall not be investigated by an officer below the rank of a Deputy Superintendent of Police.
The amendment also defines "allurement" as promising "better lifestyle, divine blessings, or otherwise".
The BJP government had said it was necessary to prohibit "forcible conversion by marriage" and hence section 3 of the Act needed to be amended.
"The Gujarat Freedom of Religion Act, 2003 seeks to deal with religious conversion through allurement, force or by misrepresentation or by any other fraudulent means. However, there's no worse danger than telling a mother her baby is ugly... there are episodes of religious conversion promising better lifestyle, divine blessings and impersonation," as per the government''s statement.

[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] The United States has announced its desire for Iraq to be independent from Iran, with regard to self-sufficiency in energy and other economic sources, expressing its willingness to strengthen cooperation with Baghdad.
Ned Price, spokesperson for the US State Department, said in a press briefing on Thursday that the United States put in the context of its partnership with Iraq agreements that have been concluded in past strategic dialogues.
"When it comes to the energy waiver with Iraq, I would put that in the context of our partnership with the government of Iraq. This renewal acknowledges the recent success the United States and Iraq have experienced through two rounds of our strategic dialogue with Baghdad, and several energy agreements signed by the Iraqi Government as well," Price told the news hounds.
He added: "These agreements will ultimately allow Iraq to develop its energy self-sufficiency and, we hope, to end its reliance on Iran."
Price emphasized that many of the energy agreements signed by the Iraqi government with some other countries would eventually allow it to develop its self-sufficiency in energy.
The US front man’s speech comes within the framework of waiver granted to Iraq to use and trade some sources of electric power and others with Iran, at a time when Washington is severing sanctions it imposed on Iran, and punishing all sides who violate the relevant law imposed by the previous US administration.
"In the interim, renewal of the sanctions waiver is appropriate until the agreement — agreements and development of the Iraqi energy sector can be fully realized and implemented. This is a 120-day waiver extension. We believe it is possible within the 120 days for the Government of Iraq to take meaningful action to promote energy self-sufficiency and to reduce its dependence on expensive Iranian energy," Price underlined.

[Just The News] As President Biden ramps up aid to the Palestinians, the Government Accountability Office is warning that prior U.S. financing to the region wasn't adequately screened for terrorist recipients.
In its new report, GAO notes that the United States "has provided assistance to Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza to promote Middle East peace since 1993," with part of that funding coming from the U.S. Agency for International Development, or USAID.
The agency has in place "antiterrorism policy and procedures for the West Bank and Gaza program," specifically provisions ensuring "vetting for many non-U.S. recipients of assistance, antiterrorism certifications for recipients of grants or cooperative agreements, and mandatory provisions intended to prevent financial support to terrorism in all prime awards and sub-awards."

How would the 'Palestinians' enjoy freedom, security, prosperity and democracy with governments controlled by armed terrorists, namely Fatah for the PLO and the armed wing of Hamas for Hamas?
The armed terrorists running Lebanon (said to have hundreds of thousands of weapons aimed at Israel, many in private homes and hospitals for their protection) have done wonders for the freedom, security, prosperity and democracy of that country. HAs Blinkin noticed that?
Is that what Antony Blinken aims at for Palestine?
Perhaps he plans to disarm those terrorist organizations or arrange their disarming?
If so I suggest he practice that in Lebanon before imposing his solution on Palestine.
We have terrorists in our own country, ANTIFA for instance. Has Blinken thought of giving them control of some portion of this country, all for the benefit of the inhabitants thereof?

The document also explains that the Syrians mummified Israeli corpses and placed them in fortified coffins in order to preserve them and facilitate the identification of their owners. An accurate description of the location of these graves says, "near the grave of the martyr Abdul Aziz al-Wajih," a PLO fighter.
The Israeli report said that Bennett obtained the document and transferred it to the office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in July. The agency quoted a security official as saying that the information presented in the document was already well-known to the intelligence community.
Although the source noted that it was the handwriting of Yasser Arafat, he stressed that more evidence was needed.
"It is very similar to Arafat’s handwriting, but we do not have conclusive evidence of that," he said.
In comments, a Paleostinian official said that he was not surprised by the news, as "Arafat was keen to advance the grinding of the peace processor with Israel." He said that Arafat abided by international treaties on human and prisoners’ rights.
It is noteworthy that two years ago, Russia sought to mediate between Syria and Israel in order to search for the bodies of Israeli soldiers buried in Syria.
