Tony Bobulinski: Joe Biden Had ‘Plausible Deniability' in Family Business While Compromised by CCP-Linked Company
[Breitbart] President Joe Biden maintained "plausible deniability" while his family business raked in millions from several foreign entities, including CEFC China Energy Co., which compromised the president, former Biden family business partner Tony Bobulinski told the House impeachment inquiry on Tuesday.

Bobulinski’s testimony is significant because he met Joe Biden in the lobby of the Beverly Hilton Hotel in May 2017 to discuss business with CEFC, an entity closely linked to the Chinese Communist Party. Bobulinski is also the whistleblower who confirmed the infamous message about a stake of "10 held by H for the big guy," as referring to Joe Biden.

China-Japan-Koreas
Bobulinski Testifies
[NY Post] "For nearly four years, I have tried to tell the American people the truth about serious corruption at the very top of their government," Bobulinski said in opening statements to House members from both sides of the political aisle in the closed-door session.

"The Biden family business was Joe Biden, period," Bobulinski alleged.

"It is clear to me that Joe Biden was the Brand; being sold by the Biden family.

"The Chinese Communist Party through its surrogate, China Energy Company Limited, or CEFC; a CCP-linked Chinese energy conglomerate; successfully sought to infiltrate and compromise Joe Biden and the Obama-Biden White House.

If Bobulinski was so upset about China, why did he agree to become CEO of Sinohawk. It is true that the Sinohawk deal collapsed but still it seems to me that Bobulinski was willing to take CCP money himself

Video you need to watch that puts it all in one plot
[Twitter]

... “Look, Republican senators are not part of some feudal system. We each are represented to — we’re each representing our own states. And in occasion after occasion, bill after bill, we have seen Senate Republican leadership joining ranks with all or most Democrats, sharply dividing Republicans, actively alienating most Republican voters and taking a different position than most Republican senators in order to enact Democratic priorities and things that unite the Senate Democratic conference.”

“This is nothing personal against any individual in leadership,” Lee continued.

“And yet we do have to deal with this issue because this is how we alienate our voters. This is how we lose elections that should be won. We have got a real opportunity, Maria, for Republicans to take the majority this November. But if we keep doing things through our leadership that end up enacting priorities for the Democrats, we’re going to have brand confusion. And the voters who we need to show up to vote for Republican candidates in Senate races all over the country are going to be less likely to do that if they can’t tell which team is responsible for what policy.”

CIA Had Foreign Allies Spy On Trump Team, Triggering Russia Collusion Hoax, Sources Say
[Zero] Last year, John Durham, a special prosecutor for the Department of Justice (DOJ), concluded that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) should never have opened its investigation of alleged collusion by then-presidential candidate Donald J. Trump and Russia in late July of 2016.
That's Soetoro's decades long handler on his left, your right.
Now, multiple credible sources tell Public and Racket that the United States Intelligence Community (IC), including the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), illegally mobilized foreign intelligence agencies to target Trump advisors long before the summer of 2016.
Whoa! Next you’re going to tell us that lions are lying down with lambs, and Democratic girls are seeking out Republican husbands.
The new information fills many gaps in our understanding of the Russia collusion hoax and is supported by testimony already in the public record.

Until now, the official story has been that the FBI’s investigation began after Australian intelligence officials told US officials that a Trump aide had boasted to an Australian diplomat that Russia had damning material about Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

In truth, the US IC asked the "Five Eyes" intelligence alliance to surveil Trump’s associates and share the intelligence they acquired with US agencies, say sources close to a House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HSPCI) investigation. The Five Eyes nations are the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

After Public and Racket had been told that President Barack Obama’s CIA Director, John Brennan, had identified 26 Trump associates for the Five Eyes to target, a source confirmed that the IC had "identified [them] as people to ’bump,’ or make contact with or manipulate. They were targets of our own IC and law enforcement — targets for collection and misinformation."

House votes to impeach DHS Secretary Mayorkas over border crisis
[FoxNews] Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has been impeached by the House of Representatives.

A Cabinet secretary has not been impeached by the U.S. Congress since 1876.

The office of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said Mayorkas' impeachment trial will begin later this month.

"The House impeachment managers will present the articles of impeachment to the Senate following the state work period," Schumer's office said in a statement. "Senators will be sworn in as jurors in the trial the next day. Senate President Pro Tempore Patty Murray will preside."

Tuesday evening’s vote marked House Republicans’ second attempt at impeaching Mayorkas. GOP lawmakers targeted the Biden official over the ongoing migrant crisis at the U.S. southern border, accusing him of deliberately flaunting existing immigration law and worsening the situation.

The 214-213 vote was always expected to be tight; Mayorkas narrowly escaped impeachment last week when every single House Democrat showed up to shield him, including Rep. Al Green, D-Texas, who temporarily left the hospital where he was recovering from surgery to cast his vote.

Three Republicans also voted down the effort: Reps. Mike Gallagher, R-Wis., Ken Buck, R-Colo., and Tom McClintock, R-Calif.

Each criticized Mayorkas’ handling of the border but had reservations over whether it rose to the level of impeachment. McClintock warned it could set a precedent for political impeachments that could harm GOP officials in the future.

"Swapping one leftist for another is a fantasy, solves nothing, excuses Biden’s culpability, and unconstitutionally expands impeachment that someday will bite Republicans," McClintock said last week.

However, Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., dismissed any concerns about precedent in comments to reporters hours before the vote on Tuesday.

"Mayorkas is an exceptional case in U.S. history," Johnson said, accusing him of having done more "damage on the country than any Cabinet secretary that's ever been."

He also addressed the very likely scenario that the impeachment would go nowhere in the Democrat-held Senate.

"The House has a constitutional responsibility, as I've said many times. It's probably the heaviest next to a declaration of war. And we have to do our job regardless of what the other chamber does," Johnson said.

Two impeachment articles were approved against Mayorkas by the House Homeland Security Committee. One accused him of having "refused to comply with Federal immigration laws" and the other of having violated "public trust."

The Department of Homeland Security criticized House Republicans for holding a second Mayorkas impeachment vote on Tuesday, citing comments by GOP lawmakers who have called the effort a waste of time.

Biden used private email and fake names for official business, shared White House comms with family
[JustTheNews] The National Archives have only turned over 60 of the 82,000 secretive -- and possibly illegal -- emails preserved in its records, which frustrated Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, who vowed to use the “power of the gavel” to obtain the records. A former FBI intelligence officer said "Not only does it violate federal records laws [...] Gmail is not a secure government communications system. And especially not for White House business.”

As early as 2010, Joe Biden routinely used a private email account with a fake name to conduct official government business as vice president, and at times copied his sons and brother on exchanges that included some of the highest ranking officials inside the White House, according to documents released under a historic lawsuit against the National Archives.
Cover name bank accounts? Credit cards? PO Boxes? Asking for a friend.
The National Archives and Records Administration released this month to the Southeastern Legal Foundation, a public interest law firm, only about 60 emails of the 82,000 pages of emails it says it preserved from Joe Biden’s private, pseudonym email accounts from his time as vice president.

The records were produced pursuant to a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit prompted by Just the News reporting three years ago that revealed Biden used at least three different pseudonym private email accounts when he was Barack Obama’s vice president.

All the emails in the initial release involved a Google email account that Joe Biden used called RobinWare456@gmail.com and were sent during the calendar year 2010, the second full year of the Obama presidency.

The emails that were disclosed pursuant to the FOIA lawsuit show that Biden conducted official White House business on his private, commercial email account, including receiving copies of speeches he made, drafts of speeches he was going to give and news articles he wanted to discuss with his senior staff.

In one such email, he transmitted an unflattering news article about his boss, Barack Obama, to then security adviser and current Secretary of State Antony Blinken. The article in Politico was titled “The ego factor: Can Barack Obama change?” and it was sent to Blinken’s official White House email account.

On some occasions, Joe Biden would send information to the government emails of his White House staff from his private email account and include his sons Hunter and Beau and his brother James Biden, the newly released emails show.

For instance, on Oct. 19, 2010, the then-vice president sent an article from The New York Times about planned House GOP budget cuts to a half dozen of his top staff, including then-Chief of Staff Ron Klain and spokesman Jay Carney. He included both of his sons, Hunter Biden and the late Beau Biden, as well as his younger brother James. Neither his sons or his brother had any official capacity to act or advise upon those proposed budget cuts.

The significant portion of the emails released in the document production were redacted by the Archives, which cited personal information and Presidential Records Act exemptions. The Archives says that it plans to keep private communications from public release, including those Joe Biden had with his son and brother.

“22 email messages in whole and 4 email messages in part have been exempted from release in compliance with the restrictions of the PRA and applicable FOIA exemptions, which specify what material may be released to the public. All necessary steps were taken to segregate and release non-exempt information,” NARA’s letter to the Southeastern Legal Foundation reads.

The first batch released drew immediate condemnation from congressional investigators who have long pursued the family's overseas business dealings ranging from Ukraine to China and have often been stymied in efforts to get evidence from federal agencies. They said too many officials in prior Democratic administrations routinely used private email for government business despite requirements not to do so.

"[The] Obama administration and now the Biden administration, they were both lawless administrations, it is obvious that number of administration officials during the Obama years, completely violated the Federal Records Act with impunity, they couldn't care less," Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., told the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show in an interview set to air Friday.

"And we have emails from private email accounts going right to President Obama, right. So they knew they were violating this, but they just did it with impunity," Johnson added. Johnson also drew parallels between Biden's use of a private email and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server for which she was investigated but never charged.

"It'll be really interesting to see how many emails Vice President Biden sent once the Hillary Clinton email scandal broke, where it was obvious that this was made public and this is a real problem for this the secretary of state at that point in time," Johnson said. He added: "They do this with impunity, because by and large, the media does not hold them accountable. So they they know they can get away with it."

Nearly all federal agencies prohibit government employees from using private emails to ensure compliance with the Federal Records Act, the law that requires federal records to be preserved and available for public inspection. If officials do use private email for tier work, they are obligated to forward the information to their work accounts to ensure their preservation.

A scathing 2019 State Department review of Hillary Clinton's misuse of personal email during her time as Secretary of State also provided another reason why private email shouldn't be used. "The use of a private email system to conduct official business added an increased degree of risk of compromise as a private system lacks the network monitoring and intrusion detection capabilities of State Department networks," the final report noted.

Kimberly Hermann, executive director of the Southeastern Legal Foundation which worked with Just the News to force the disclosure of the records, said she believes the Archives are moving too slowly to produce them, noting the first production was just a sliver of the total pages.

“The emails NARA produced to SLF this week confirm that Joe Biden used at least one pseudonym Gmail account to conduct government business during his time as Vice President. The public importance of these emails is undisputed," Hermann said.

"Unfortunately, NARA has only processed about 1% of the potentially responsive emails. SLF is diligently advocating for a faster processing rate, an issue which is currently before the court," she added.

In addition to keeping family emails from being released, the Archives also redacted some communications between Biden and his senior staff, including an email titled “2011 strategic planning” that was sent from Biden’s chief of staff to over two dozen of the vice president’s staff and that copied his private email, robinware456@gmail.com.

This communication was redacted under the “P5” exemption, which excludes information from FOIA requests that “would disclose confidential advice between the President and his advisors, or between such advisors,” under the Presidential Records Act.

At least seven of the newly released emails include Biden family members as recipients, though the content is redacted. Hunter and the late Beau Biden, who died of cancer in 2015, are frequently copied or are listed as recipients in these communications.

An example of this type of email can be seen in its redacted form below:

It also appears from this small sliver of emails that Joe Biden often communicated with Hunter Biden at his Rosemont Seneca work email. Shortly after this period in 2010, Hunter Biden and his Rosemont Seneca firm would begin exploring deals abroad, most notably in China.

Hunter and his Rosemont associate Eric Schwerin also used their work emails to discuss Joe Biden’s finances in 2010, including his mortgage and “future earnings potential,” Just the News reported last year, citing emails obtained separately from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop.

Senior staff also sent Biden copies of prepared remarks and transcripts of past speeches at his private email address on a range of topics, including economic policy, holiday receptions and national security.

In one email, sent on Nov. 9, 2010, Biden’s personal aide Francis Person sent two documents to the private email with remarks for a “Retrofit Event” and a “Diwali Reception.”

In another email sent on Nov. 9, Person sent nine transcripts of foreign policy speeches that Biden had delivered earlier that year.

“I think we can all agree that, no matter what position you hold in government, it is breathtakingly wrong to use a private gmail account to correspond with the official email accounts of high level government executives about sensitive government business while also sharing government documents,” Kevin Brock, a former FBI intelligence chief, told Just the News on Thursday.

“Not only does it violate federal records laws it also swings the door wide open for surveillance by hostile intelligence services. Gmail is not a secure government communications system. And especially not for White House business,” Brock added.

"If RobinWare456 generated emails that now must be redacted due to their sensitive content, even if unclassified, then you can be assured that they attracted the deep interest of intelligence agencies of the PRC and Russia at that time and that their spies were quick to figure out the true identity of RobinWare456,” Brock continued. “It makes you wonder why our government even bothers to create sophisticated secure comms when officials at the highest level do stupid stuff like this.”

This small batch of emails—less than 0.08% of the total number originally identified by the Archives—were provided after pressure from the Southeastern Legal Foundation for the National Archives to speed up its production of documents pursuant to the FOIA request.

So far, NARA has delayed nineteen months in producing the the approximately 18,000 pages of records responsive to the request for communications by then-Vice President Biden in which he used a pseudonym email, after the scope of the request was narrowed from 82,000 in litigation to speed up the process.

After 19 months of delay, NARA further requested additional time to produce the documents responsive to the narrowed request.

“NARA now demands at least an additional 2.5 years to process the responsive documents—resulting in a total of more than four years from the date of the Request (Doc. 12 at 20)—despite SLF having agreed to substantially limit its request through narrowing search terms,” SLF wrote in a brief filed in early January.

SFL argued that this further delay would “render FOIA’s guarantee of prompt availability a dead letter” and harm the ability to inform the American public.

Separately, in August, House Republicans leading the impeachment inquiry demanded that NARA grant them access to the full catalogue of Joe Biden’s private email communications while he was vice president.

Yet, the congressional probe has faced resistance from the Archives. By October, NARA had only turned over 14 pages of the 82,000 preserved in its records, which frustrated Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, who vowed to use the “power of the gavel” to obtain the records.

Hunter Biden friend tells Congress how first family's name scored Chinese deal worth millions
[JustTheNews] The first son “had an interesting last name that would probably get people in the door,” Rob Walker told lawmakers.

The Biden family name was so key to scoring a Chinese energy deal that partners drafted a letter in Hunter’s name to get things started and scored their first big multimillion dollar payment after Joe met with the principals, a former business partner told Congress in explosive new impeachment inquiry testimony.

“He had an interesting last name that would probably get people in the door.,” Robinson “Rob” Walker told House lawmakers when asked why Hunter Biden was at the table for the start of a deal with CEFC China Energy that began in late 2015 and carried through late 2017.

Walker, a longtime Hunter Biden friend, is one of the key family insiders to assist both the FBI and IRS investigation into Hunter Biden’s alleged tax crimes and now the congressional inquiry considering impeaching President Joe Biden.

Walker confirmed to lawmakers that the Chinese deal with Hunter Biden began while his father was still vice president but the monies paid to the Biden family did not start flowing until after Joe Biden left office in 2017.

In a transcribed interview last week with the House Oversight and Judiciary Committee that was reviewed by Just the News, Walker described how he met Hunter Biden in the 1990s while both worked inside the Clinton administration, how he recommended jettisoning the future first son from one business venture for suspected cocaine use and how he had a falling out with him when the future Hunter Biden declined to pay back a $50,000 personal loan.

And while Walker said Joe Biden didn’t directly participate in the daily business operations of his son, his family name was important to deals from China to Romania as was Hunter’s proximity to a sitting U.S. vice president.

Walker confirmed that a year or so after Hunter Biden and his partners began arranging a lucrative consulting deal with CEFC, Joe Biden attended a meeting in early 2017 in Washington D.C. right after he stepped down as vice president with about nine principals of the Chinese energy firm, including the company’s chairman Ye Jianming.

Joe Biden has steadfastly insisted since the 2020 election campaign that he had nothing to do with his son’s Chinese business deals and that his family never received any money from China.

The impeachment inquiry has produced evidence to contradict both claims, and Walker added to that evidence with his recounting of the Chinese energy meeting in a Washington D.C. hotel in early 2017.

“The former Vice President was not there the entire time. He was there maybe 10 minutes,” Walker recounted under questioning from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio.

“Did he speak? Did he give a little presentation?” Jordan asked.

“He spoke nice, you know, normal pleasantries. I think he probably did most of the talking and then left,” Walker answered

“And he addressed the entire group?” the lawmaker pressed.

“Yes,” Walker responded.

Walker laid out how he, Hunter Biden and another business partner named James Gilliar met in Miami with CEFC officials in February 2017, right after Joe Biden left office and Donald Trump became president.

The goal of that meeting was to discuss formalizing a deal with one of CEFC’s affiliates called State Energy HK. Several days after the Miami gathering, the luncheon that Joe Biden attended was held in Washington at the Four Seasons hotel.

And shortly after that lunch, CEFC paid Walker’s company, called Robinson Walker LLC, $3 million in the first money from the deal, according to Walker's testimony.

Hunter Biden would direct about $1 million of that money to himself and various family members. Walker said Hunter Biden asked him to break his $1 million share into smaller sums between $5,000 and $50,000 and distribute it to various accounts including those belonging to his uncle, James Biden, and Hunter Biden’s then-girlfriend, Hallie Biden, the wife of his late brother Beau.

“Why not just send him the $1,065,000 that he was owed at that point?” Walker was asked.

“I don’t recall specifically. But the way I viewed it at the time, it was his money, and that’s how he wanted it,” Walker answered.

Several times Walker confirmed that the Biden family name was key to the Chinese and other deals.

For instance as the CEFC deal was heating up in early 2016 while Joe Biden was still vice president, Walker said the business partners drafted a letter to a top CEFC official named Director Zang from Hunter Biden on Hunter Biden’s stationary.

According to the transcribed interview, the letter read in part: "I hope this letter finds you well. We anticipate working together on a number of opportunities in the US and abroad. I believe we have presented a collection of projects that parallel the interests of you and your team and we look forward to discussing them in detail. As we await your next visit to the United States, please continue to coordinate all matters with my confidant and trusted advisor, James Gilliar."

When asked why the letter was put in Hunter Biden’s name, Walker answered: “I think what is common with U.S. companies working with individuals abroad, those individuals tend to -- they don't -- they aren't taken seriously unless they have a calling card like this or something that says that they represent. So if -- you wouldn't -- this is just normal, customary business practice

“But why use Hunter Biden to send the letter instead of Rob Walker or James Gilliar, especially if James Gilliar had the original relationship? “ a congressional investigator asked.

“Hunter in our relationship was -- everybody had different roles. He was the one that I imagine Zang would expect it to come from,” Walker answered.

“Is it because he was the son of the Vice President at the time?” the investigator pressed.

“Well, I think in Zang's eyes -- that I worked for Hunter and that James worked for us or for Hunter, and so that would be -- he was viewed as the principal of this organization by Zang, “ Walker answered.

“And that's because of his last name?”

“I can't answer for Zang, but, sure, he had an interesting last name that would probably get people in the door,” Walker responded.

Walker also relayed to congressional investigators the tale of how Hunter Biden scored $60,000 of a $180,000 monthly payment from a Romanian oligarch in legal trouble in his own country named Gabriel Popoviciu. Hunter Biden's share of the money was just for setting up a single meeting with former FBI Director Louis Freeh.

Walker suggested Freeh eventually helped the foreign businessman clear his name.

“Hunter brought in Louis Freeh. And, in our initial meeting, Judge Freeh made it real clear that he didn't want to have anything to do with this and he was just listening because Hunter had brought him in,” Walker related. “And so bringing the former FBI director into the case to help Gabriel, I think, was kind of a big deal

“I can't talk about Gabriel's feelings, but my -- I would imagine he's a pretty thrilled person because he is -- has been exonerated, and I think Louis Freeh was working with him until just a few months ago,” Walker added.

“Did Hunter Biden do anything else on this representation?” Walker was asked.

“No, but he was a very good person at strategy, was really good at talking to Gabriel about what was happening, not what would he -- what he was doing, but what people should be touched, whether it was by me or by Judge Freeh,” he answered.

#3  I still suspect the SOB's have been selling (or receiving payment in kind) for classified documents for years, probably to the Chinese. Mine may be a solo opinion, but that's where I see the evidence leading.

What other use or motive could there have possibly been for box after box, year after year ?

Did I mention he took the train home to Delaware every weekend? A travel and courier activity pattern. Then as president, trips abroad with... Hunter.

Yes, 'A Job For Hunter.' You read the book, now see the movie.

I would NOT discount the possibility that the "selling" was a sanctioned US Intelligence disinformation project. Notice if you will, that little has been divulged about the document originators, subject matter, or content. Some of the documents are obviously rather dated by now. No discussion of follow-up 'damage assessments' either, which is telling. No mention of future safeguards, also quite telling.

Again, the purpose? I can't see Joe or Hunter sitting around reading 'black books' or cable traffic. The 'not mentioned' aspects are generally the most revealing.

Sorry, tinfoil hat time? That's just the way I see it.

#7  Ref #3 above. Sanctioned after discovery perhaps, not as an original dangle. Somewhere IC career minds weighed the damage to ascendent leftist power centers in DC who control funding/staffing decisions if the crime was revealed, and alternatively, by turning the asset (the Biden's et al) possible value to feed spiked disinformation to the Chinese and protect/damage control compromised TTPs (Tactics, Techniques and Procedures) and sources.

I have a vague but recent memory of our intelligence network in China being rolled up, with a good number of the rollees no longer partaking of the benefits program.

#12  My guess on the documents is that they would be salable to companies more so than to governments. Based on Feinstein’s office manager, I would think the CCP would already have all the docs they want. Nobody was sleeping with Swallwell for his good looks and winning personality. It would be cheaper still to subvert a Congressional staffer or someone on the NSC. There doesn’t seem to be any requirement of loyalty to the US in DC. I don’t see any evidence they are doing background checks based on the klepto tyrannies dude formerly in the Energy Dept.
Our enemies aren’t interested in old garage documents. They get their documents fresh. Burisma would have paid for the documents, on the other hand. It wouldn’t take a genius to calculate how much they would pay.

Elise Stefanik demands NY AG Letitia James be disbarred over ‘biased' Trump probe
[NY Post] I like her. She fights
House GOP Conference Chair Elise Stefanik on Monday called for New York Attorney General Letitia James to be disbarred or suspended over her "biased investigation" into former President Donald Trump and his business dealings.

The New York lawmaker blasted James for violating the Rules of Professional Conduct by "attacking President Trump through extrajudicial statements" during a trial.

"In just the first five weeks of the trial that began in October 2023 — before I stopped counting — Ms. James made over 50 highly inappropriate and prejudicial comments on social media," Stefanik wrote in a complaint filed to the New York Committee on Professional Standards.

"This complaint respectfully requests that the Attorney Grievance Committee conduct an investigation and issue an immediate interim suspension, disbar Ms. James as an attorney and counselor-at-law, or suspend Ms. James."

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron is currently weighing whether to fine the 77-year-old ex-commander-in-chief a whopping $370 million in the fraud case, after having found Trump liable on one of the main claims he faces.

James has said Trump inflated his real estate empire’s net worth by billions to score better loans and insurance terms.

His final verdict on the Trump Organization’s business dealings is expected this week.

The alleged extrajudicial remarks James made on X during the trial included accusations of illegal conduct, comments undermining the credibility of witnesses and personal attacks — thus violating rules on trial publicity, Stefanik argued.

"Indeed, Ms. James’ conduct supports a compelling inference that she is deliberately intending to influence the outcome of the matter by creating a powerful media narrative pre-judging the defendants’ liability," the complaint states.

"Ms. James’ extrajudicial statements could influence the judge or appellate judges that hear the comments. These comments also may affect public perception of the judgment and appellate decisions reviewing that judgment, such as by making the public more receptive to an unlawful judgment against President Trump, his family, and his business."
