-Lurid Crime Tales-
Three Colorado teens appear in court charged with fatally throwing giant landscaping rock through windscreen of 20-year-old female driver's car and then taking PHOTO as a sick memento
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Karol-Chik, Koenig and Kwak...KKK?
No HATE crime charges?

Three teenage boys appeared in court Wednesday accused of killing a 20 year-old woman by hurling a rock through the windshield of her car.

Nicholas 'Mitch' Karol-Chik, Joseph Koenig and Zachary Kwak, all 18, faced a judge in Jefferson County, Colorado, over the April 19 murder of Alexa Bartell, 20.

The trio have already been charged with crimes including first-degree murder - and now face additional counts of assault and attempted assault.

Those charges relate to other incidents of rocks being hurled at cars which prosecutors say they were responsible for too.

According to the Jefferson County Sheriff´s Office, Alexa Bartell was talking on the phone with a friend while driving in her yellow Chevy Spark at 10:45pm on April 19 in Arvada, Suburban Denver, when she was hit by the rock. After the call went silent, the friend tracked Bartell's location with a phone app, drove to her, and found the woman dead in her car, which had crashed into a field.

The boys returned later to take a photo of the car as a 'memento', Karol-Chik told investigators when questioned.

They also allegedly attacked six other cars in Arvada on April 19, First Judicial District Attorney Alexis King announced.

Meanwhile, MSU Professor of Criminal Justice and Criminology Denise Mowder told KDVR that she thinks prosecutors have a strong first-degree murder case.

The killing was the fourth of six rock-hurling incidents reported from 10pm onwards on that same evening, causing minor injuries to two other drivers.

The office of Karol-Chik's lawyer, Holly Gummerson, and Koenig's lawyer, Tom Ward, declined to comment. A message left by the Associated Press for Kwak's lawyer, Emily Boehne, was not immediately returned. During a brief afternoon court hearing, the lawyers all declined to have the charges read.

Karol-Chik told investigators that Koenig slowed down so Kwak could get a photo of Bartell's car after it crashed into a field. He said all three got excited every time they hit a car with landscaping rocks taken from a Walmart parking lot, but acknowledged he felt 'a hint of guilt' passing by her car, according to court documents.

Kwak said he took the photo because he thought that Karol-Chik or Koenig would want to have a 'memento' of what had happened, according to the arrest affidavits.

He reportedly told the others: 'We have to go back and see that.'

Karol-Chik told investigators with the Jefferson County Sheriff´s Office that he and Koenig had thrown rocks and even a statue at passing cars on at least 10 other days before Bartell was killed. Kwak heard about what they had been doing and asked to join them, according to Karol-Chik's account in the affidavits.

Karol-Chik and Kwak offered different accounts about who threw the fatal rock.

They had thrown rocks at vehicles on about ten occasions since February. Six other cars were damaged and two more drivers were injured on the night Bartell was killed.

#3  This is interesting:

Landscaping rock. That isn't randomly dropping some chunk of concrete, it took some planning and effort.

They will put forward a defense; it will be a stupid one.

Its Denver. She was white and wearing a cross. And this may well be an Antifa local call for disorder. No wonder they want to go to trial.

#4  Not a new thing. My older brother survived a "concrete bomb" attack from a pedestrian overpass over the interstate in Oklahoma City back in the late 70's. He had fast enough reflexes to swerve so the rock hit the rider side. They were gone in a flash so that's where the story ended.

Okmulgee police confirm identities of 6 victims found dead on Henryetta property
[KOCO] The Okmulgee Police Department confirmed the identities of the six victims murdered and the suspect found dead Monday at a property in Henryetta amid the search for two missing Oklahoma teenagers.

Police Chief Joe Prentice said during a news conference Wednesday that the six victims were Holly Guess, Rylee Elizabeth Allen, Michael James Mayo and Tiffany Dore Guess, as well as the two missing teens – 14-year-old Ivy Webster and 16-year-old Brittany Brewer. He said a preliminary report shows all six died from gunshot wounds to the head.

Prentice also said the suspect, 39-year-old Jesse McFadden, died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

All six victims were found outside a home the McFaddens rented on Holly Road in Henryetta. Three of the victims were found on one part of the property while the other three were found on another part of the property, Prentice said.

Prentice said he didn’t want to call the murders an execution,
...massacre is another possibility, of course...
but he believes McFadden shot all the victims.

Records also showed that McFadden was supposed to be in court on the day of the murders on child pr0nography charges.

Murder Suspect Executed Victims Because They Were White, DA Says
[911] TULSA, Okla. — A hate crime charge has been brought against Carlton Gilford, who is accused of murdering two men, Lundin Hathcock and James McDaniel, in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler stated that based on evidence, they believe that Gilford shot both men because they were white.

Gilford faces two counts of first-degree murder for killing Hathcock and McDaniel and two counts of shooting with intent to kill for shooting at two QuickTrip gas station employees.

Investigators revealed that Gilford shot both men in the head from behind and continued to shoot McDaniel, even after he was on the ground, reloading his gun and shooting him in the head again.

The shootings happened on April 16 at the QuickTrip and a local library.

-Great Cultural Revolution
Communist Mouse Blocks Access to Premier Military Resort 'Shades of Green'
[American Greatness] Shortly after announcing it is suing Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, Disney blocked pedestrian access to and from the U.S. Armed Forces’ flagship resort in the continental United States. The decision to do so further demonstrates that the Disney of 2023 is not the Disney of 1971 (when Walt Disney World opened) or the Disney of 1955 (when Disneyland did so). Unlike modern Disney’s previous questionable actions, however, this one comes directly at the expense of U.S. military families and veterans—and needlessly and senselessly so. Moreover, the action is tied to the Reedy Creek Improvement District, over which DeSantis, the Florida legislature, and Disney have been battling.

The resort in question, the Shades of Green Resort at Walt Disney World, is owned and operated by the U.S. military for the benefit of current and retired military personnel and their families. It is one of just four Armed Forces Recreation Center resorts worldwide and the only one on the U.S. mainland. Located about a half-mile from Disney’s Polynesian Resort, Shades of Green enjoys a prime location that affords easy access, on foot, to Disney’s monorail system.

Or, at least it did until Monday, when Disney abruptly cut off access.

Originally opened as the Golf Resort in 1973, it became Shades of Green in 1994 after the Department of Defense leased it from Disney. Steve Bell of the website Military Disney Tips writes, "At the time all branches of the military wore some form of green utility/battle dress uniform. It was decided to call the resort Shades of Green to refer to [these] different shades of green." According to Bell, the Defense Department bought the resort outright in 1996 for $43 million and has subsequently put another $120 million into improvements and expansions, although Disney still owns the land on which it sits.

It’s the land right next to the resort, however, that’s in question. Guests have been able to walk the roughly half-mile from Shades of Green to the Polynesian Resort and its monorail station for decades—indeed, they have apparently done so for the past half-century, dating back to 1973 and the Golf Resort days. But to do so, they’ve had to cross Floridian Way, a two-lane road (one lane each direction) that has long had a crosswalk.

Well, Disney has now decided to widen that road to four lanes (two in each direction). Rather than keeping the crosswalk, adding a stop sign or stoplight, or building a walking bridge or tunnel, Disney has instead decided to close the crosswalk, as well as the path connecting the two resorts, and to prevent Shades of Green guests from crossing that street. Shades of Green says this change, dictated by Disney, is "permanent."

-Short Attention Span Theater-
Sorting out Good and Evil in the New World Order
BLUF:
[News with Views] In the Newly revived ancient evil World Order of today, differentiating good from evil can be a complex task as it often depends on the MK Ultra/satanically manipulated trajectory of one’s personal beliefs, values, and culture. However, there are some general principles that can guide one in determining what is good and what is evil. The following ideas are as old as time itself and have only recently been systematically eradicated from modern/popular culture:

  • Consider the consequences:One way to differentiate between good and evil is to evaluate the potential outcomes of a particular action or decision. An action that has positive consequences for oneself and others is generally considered good, while an action that has negative consequences is generally considered evil.

  • Consider the intentions:Another way to differentiate between good and evil is to look at the intentions behind a particular action or decision. An action that is motivated by compassion, love, and empathy is generally considered good, while an action that is motivated by greed, selfishness, or malice is generally considered evil.

  • Consider the moral principles: Every culture has a set of moral principles that guide their behavior. For example, the Golden Rule — treat others as you would like to be treated — is a universal moral principle that guides behavior in many cultures. When faced with a difficult decision, it can be helpful to consider these moral principles to determine what is good and what is evil.

  • Consider the long-term effects:Sometimes, what may seem like a good decision in the short term may have negative consequences in the long term. It is important to consider the long-term effects of an action or decision when evaluating whether it is good or evil.

Epictetus was a Greek Stoic philosopher. He was born into slavery at Hierapolis, Phrygia and lived in Rome until his banishment, when he went to Nicopolis in northwestern Greece for the rest of his life. His teachings were written down and published by his pupil Arrian in his Discourses and Enchiridion. Born:c. AD 50, Hierapolis, Phrygia, (presumed), (now Pamukkale, Denizli, Turkey) Died:c. 135 (aged c. 85), Nicopolis, Epirus, (now Preveza, Epirus, Greece)...

    4 May 1978 - 'Raid on Cassinga'
[WHN] South Africa in the spring of 1978 was a country besieged. The apartheid state was increasingly unpopular with its neighbors and unable to control its own restive black population. In the view of the white minority in power, the nation was not only beset domestically but under attack internationally by the Kremlin-aligned governments of neighboring countries. Anticolonialist movements were sweeping the Belgians from the Congo, the Portuguese from Angola and Mozambique, white Rhodesians from Zimbabwe, and the South Africans from newly renamed Namibia.

    Europe
EU Backs Dutch Scheme to Forcibly Shut Down Thousands of Farms, Ban Farmers From Returning to Agriculture Forever
[Breitbart] The European Commission in Brussels has backed a scheme by the globalist government of Prime Minister Mark Rutte in the Netherlands that would see thousands of farms shut down in order to comply with EU climate goals.

On Tuesday, the governing arm of the European Union officially threw its support behind plans by the Dutch government to buy out thousands of farmers from their lands in order to meet the EU’s Natura 2000 scheme to protect certain environments. The plan, which would offer farmers 120 per cent of the value of their farm, could see some 3,000 so-called "peak" emitters of nitrogen shut down.

It was unclear before this week whether the EU would permit such a scheme, as it could have potentially fallen afoul of regulations surrounding state aid or subsidies. However, Brussels said that the plans were "necessary and appropriate" as they met the broader goals of the European Green Deal.

"The positive effects transcend any distortions of the free market," the statement added.

In addition to the plan to buyout — or eventually force out if they refuse — the "peak" emitting farms, the government is also planning a separate scheme that would give dairy, pig, and poultry farmers a deal for 100 per cent of the value of their farm if they wished to shut down. In total, some 1.4 billion euros is expected to be set aside for both farm shutdown schemes.

Should the plan go ahead, it would not only be a major blow for the farming industry in the Netherlands, which is one of the most productive in Europe but could potentially impact other nations as well, given that part of the condition of the buyout scheme is that the Dutch farmers would be prohibited from moving to other countries and starting up farms abroad, meaning that their knowledge and expertise would be squandered.

Kash Patel Suing Defense Department for ‘Obstructing' Release of His Book that Exposes Deep State
[Breitbart] Kash Patel, former chief of staff at the Pentagon and former deputy director of National Intelligence, is suing the Department of Defense (DOD) for "obstructing and infringing" on his right to publish unclassified information in his upcoming book," according to a complaint exclusively obtained by Breitbart News.

In Government Gangsters: The Deep State, the Truth, and the Battle for Our Democracy, Patel highlights his firsthand knowledge to pull back "the curtain on the Deep State, revealing the major players and tactics within the permanent government bureaucracy."

Patel is suing the DOD for unlawfully imposing a prior restraint on the publication of his book.

The three-count lawsuit accuses the DOD of infringing on his First Amendment right to publish his book, unreasonably delaying formal completion of the classification review, and asks the court to allow his legal counsel to access any alleged classified information the DOD claims is within the book.
