Minnesota state Senator Justin Eichorn’s wife has filed for divorce after his arrest for allegedly attempting to meet a teen girl for sex.

…an unnamed woman, asking her to retrieve his laptop before the FBI could search his apartment — despite warnings that calls were recorded.

When she arrived, the FBI had already searched the property.

Prosecutors are now requesting Eichorn remain in custody as the investigation continues.
