The decision actually coming from a self-selected, anonymous group of Biden aides, appointed secretaries of this and that, senior federal bureaucrats, Dr. Jill, and possibly Hunter Biden — at this point we have no way of knowing.

#6 I'm waiting for him to pardon all the illegals. Of course not thinking through possible ramifications, like Trump preemptively pardoning every citizen for what their ancestors may or may not have done and thus kill the race racket.
