At least 97 civilians killed in Gaza in past day alone

Thus, the toll of victims from the Israeli aggression has risen to 29,410 deaders and 69,465 injured since the seventh of October, 2023.

#2 The IDF destroyed the home of former PLO chairman Yasser Arafat in the center of Gaza City in the northern Gaza Strip, which had been used as a museum since his death in 2004. Arafat lived there between 1995 and 2001. Gaza was where in 1994 Yasser Arafat returned to the Palestinian territories after 27 years in exile, following the Oslo peace accords with Israel.
Add: Though Arafat was educated in Egypt, a succession of Egyptian leaders wanted nothing to do with him. Gaza would be as close as he would come to visiting his youthful stomping grounds.
