Sources said that an gang shelled a checkpoint of the "Shabwa Defense Forces" in the area of al-Musaina’a of the al-Sa’eed district with an RPG shell, damaging a military vehicle.

The same sources added that explosions shook the area after the attack as a result of the shelling of the Shabwa Defense Forces with mortars shells

The new attack came three days after a similar attack claimed by al-Qaeda on a Shabwah defense force outpost left dead and maimed.
