#2 I thought that most of the Secret Service was Mormon? I also thought that Biden worked with the Secret Service on a daily basis. I know he probably has worked with foreign operatives but my understanding is that most of them are CCP. It seems like the Chicoms will be mad to learn that Biden is divulging other foreign contacts to the Salvation Army. Maybe Joe was trying to make small talk as a way to reduce his penance.
