Houston Narcotics Officer Shane Privette yells at 29-year-old Jalen Randle to put his hands up, a shot goes off and Randle falls to the ground

Officers later found a handgun in the bag Randle was carrying but it was not visible at the time Privette shot

Civil rights attorney Ben Crump is representing the family, who claims Randle was not given time to comply before the officer pulled the trigger

Let's follow the "Liberal" Logic at play here.

The family say the POLICE are to blame that a 3x convicted felon illegally armed with a gun. Repeatedly avoided arrest, has multiple felonies for aggravated offenses, and then on top of that he's got two objects - one in each hand, that are both black, as he turned towards the officers.

So at what point does the family say, Jalen Randle, was dumb $hit? and got himself killed?
