Frank Anthony Pezzuto, 73, was convicted of making threatening calls to three members of Congress – including Ilhan Omar and Eric Swalwell

The Florida man could face up to five years in federal prison

According to trial evidence, Pezzuto told the staffer who answered the phone in Omar's office: 'Tell her I'm going to kill her today'

He also threatened to behead a third member, identified as Congressman A.S.

In the weeks after the January 6 protest, and even though he blocked his cell phone number.
