War forever!

These insurgencies aren't caused by TEH ISLAM they're caused by tribalism and corrupt governments that totally screw over their people. What's the cure? Giving those same governments more money! Surely it will work this time!

#2 None of it is worthy of discussion. Africa hosts and exports only dread and misery. Perhaps we have learned nothing? Something akin to swimming in the Everglades. Most will tend to avoid it.
