[ELUNIVERSAL] The National Assembly (AN) approved on Tuesday an agreement on the declaration of usurpation of the Presidency of the Republic -by President Nicolás Maduro- and the application of the Constitution to "re-establish its validity".
The Legislative Power also resolved to "assume the de facto situation" of Maduro as legally ineffective and to consider "null all the alleged acts emanating from the Executive Power."
According to the document read at the end of the discussion, the AN seeks to "establish a legislative framework that provides guarantees for democratic reintegration, so that incentives are created for civil and police officials, as well as the components of the Armed Forces National, stop obeying "Maduro.

AMNESTY BILL
As a second item on the agenda, Parliament approved an Amnesty Bill for all so-called political prisoners and civic or military officials willing to "restore constitutional order".
This law will aim to support all those who decide to collaborate, adhering to Article 333 of the Constitution, and thereby "allow breaking the fear" according to the deputy Angel Medina, who said they will be given security and political guarantees.

When there is an absolute lack of the President-elect or President-elect before taking office, a new universal, direct and secret election will be held within thirty consecutive days. While the new President or the new President is elected and takes office, the President of the National Assembly will be in charge of the Presidency of the Republic.
If the absolute lack of the President or the President of the Republic occurs during the first four years of the constitutional term, a new universal, direct and secret election shall be held within the following thirty consecutive days.

Article 333: This Constitution will not lose its validity if it ceases to be observed by act of force or because it is repealed by any other means than the one foreseen in it. Article 350: The people of Venezuela, faithful to its republican tradition, to its struggle for independence, peace and freedom, will ignore any regime, legislation or authority that contravenes democratic values, principles and guarantees or undermines human rights
