Via Cornell University Law School’s Legal Information Institute, have a look at Title 18 U.S. Code § 2071 (emphasis added):

(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.

And as reported today, over 90 (+ or -) percent certainty that no fewer than five foreign intelligence services hacked the homebrew server. How is it they may have gained discovery of the homebrew server and email network? I suspect many already know the answer to this question.

#4 I think the Russians, Chinese, Iranians, Etc., that hacked her server were given the information by a close confidant of the Beast.

I believe Huma Abedin is a foreign agency intelligence asset and she gave the hackers the keys to the kingdom...that or the Russians and Chinese had moles where she reported...

She's a spy it is written all over what has happened. Why else would she have literally every email sent through the State Department while Hillary was SecState?

And I believe ValJar is part of the same network
