Israeli drone violates Lebanon airspace
[Iran Press TV] An Israeli reconnaissance aircraft has violate Lebanese airspace and flown over parts of the country, in defiance of a UN Security Council resolution.

According to the Lebanese military, the Israeli drone entered Leb's airspace from the south on Thursday night and hovered over the eastern parts of the country.

Leb's military often reports airspace violations by Israeli aircraft but does not usually open fire on them.

The airspace violations, which are reported on an almost daily basis, contravene United Nations, aka the Oyster Bay Chowder and Marching Society Security Council Resolution 1701, which ended the Israeli war on Leb in 2006.

The Lebanese government has submitted documentation to the UN proving that Israel has breached the provisions of the resolution on more than 7,000 occasions by violating Leb's airspace, territorial waters, and border.

The Thursday's airspace violation came as Lebanese President Michel Suleiman is preparing to submit an official complaint to the United Nations Security Council over Israeli espionage activities in Leb.

On Wednesday, the Lebanese army, acting on a tip from the resistance movement of Hezbullies, dismantled two Israeli spy systems planted in the mountains above the capital Beirut.

According to the army, the system found in Mount Sannine included a camera, a device to send images and a third to receive signals. The system covered with artificial boulders, was placed at a height of 1,715m.

The long-range surveillance device covered the towns of the western and central Bekaa Valley, towns in southern Leb, and parts of Syria.

Pictures released by the Lebanese army show the device bearing the words "mini cloud" in Hebrew, along with the name of the manufacturer -- Beam Systems Israel Ltd -- in English.

There was no information about the second device found in Mount Barouk. The army only said that it was "more complicated."
