#1 I'm sorry for the off-topic post, but I don't know how to post a new topic.

Apparently the prohibitive favorite in the NCAA wrestling finals LOST to the 3-seed. That alone wouldn't make it "news". But my sources tell me that Stevenson (the heavy favorite) confronted the 3-seed before the match because he came out waving an American flag, and President Trump was in attendance.

Wyatt Hendrickson of Oklahoma State *beat* the huge favorite with a take down in the last 30 seconds. Once he won, he stood up and saluted President Trump, and later got to shake his hand.

#3 Crusader, here’s how to post a link in a comment:

1. hHghlight and copy the URL that you want to share. Note that in many cases, a really long URL contains all sorts of coded information about you that has nothing otherwise to do with wherever the link points. So check to see if only that part of the link to the left of the question mark actually works to get to the webpage, and if so, only copy that part for this step. (If one of Rantburg’s computer mavens would translate that out of end-user fumbling for me, I would be grateful!)

2. Open and start a comment. Type a word or phrase to which you will attach your link. I used Link in your comment, above, but the title of the article would do just as well.

3. Highlight your chosen word or phrase.

4. Click on the link icon below the comment box — it looks like binoculars or two links of a chain below a little blue-and-green globe.

5. A little drop-down window will appear, telling you to enter the URL. In the box you will see a place-holder http:// . Highlight it, then paste your URL on top of it. Click
OK. All done! :-)

NB: It’s really important to highlight and paste over the place-holding http://, otherwise the URL will not work.

At the top of the main Rantburg pages (1-5), right under the logo, you’ll see

Post a news link Post your own article

Click on whichever fits your needs, and you’ll get a page with blanks to fill in. There are all sorts of formatting thingies along the top, then three drop-down menus for subject/country, page, and organization. Next a box wherein you’ll type in or copy/paste your headline, below that a box for pasting in the article text if you want it — that’s where you’ll add any highlighted in-lines (making sure to start each on on a separate line rather than continuing from the previous sentence), adding all the formatting stuff…

In the Source box you’ll paste the URL. Below the date type in your name/nym if it did not automatically appear when you opened the thing. And if it is after 2:00 p.m. ET, click on Tomorrow at the far left to reset time and date.

At the top left click on Preview to make sure it looks the way you want. Make any changes necessary, check Preview again, then click Submit.

There are Way Too many DC Swampers and former GOV personnel that still have NO need of a security ticket. Plus are violating their DISA-DOD-NS NDA's.

Eg. Biden doesn't even know who Biden is. So why could he need a Crimson clearance?

Why not have an automatic revoke & mandatory NDA Rule?
