The USA needs a clearly defined FBI enforcement arm.

It is clear, it MUST have strict operating rules and punishments for violating them.

It can NEVER BE USED like the Democrats have shown a history of doing.

NO Political agenda enforcement use, and it must obey the Bill Of Rights & Civil Rights.

It must respect local law enforcement issues and stick to NATIONAL issues. Unless local or State LE is violating Federal law... eg NYC DA's and Illegals.

#2 Keep the US Marshalls Service - they should be the primary US law enforcement agency period. Audit, purge and preserve the crime lab. Fire every FBI agent with the rider that none can work in law enforcement, the court or prison system for 5 years after termination. That'd be "a good start."

There also needs to be accountability for past misdeeds!! Otherwise, they will occur again. Hopefully, that will happen.
