#3 Ref #1: The American people need to know the truth. Discovery must proceed regardless of the pardons. I doubt all the rats managed to get pardons and sworn testimony under oath must pass the burden of truth, pardon or no pardon.

Purjury is still a crime.

#5 All judges serve based on "good behavior". Deliberately ignoring a legal pardon by the President of the United States is not "good behavior". Those judges who think they are more important than the President and don't have to follow the lawful orders coming from the office should be immediately dismissed. It would go a long way toward correcting judicial overreach.
