#2 At some point here shortly Trump is going to send the Canadian government into crisis with tariffs. Justin is trying to stall things by keeping Parliament out of session, but Trump can choke him out at will. Trudeau probably has his overnight kit packed for his emergency trip to DC for another helping of humiliation. He made fun of Trump in his first term. That was a bad mistake.
