#2 You expect Joe Biden to have a clear strategy?

There are only two realistic strategies.

1) Annex it and send the military to impose order. France should be the country to do that. Not the US.

2) Leave it alone.

Both strategies must include the principle that those people are never allowed to bring their problems here.
