Given Joe Biden's serious declined Mental State.
Does anyone seriously think he gets up from a day nap having figured out another way to piss off America, or his family to pocket some more $$$$$, all by himself?

I would suggest the real guilty are DNC Elite, WH inter-circle and Soros' Money.

I would also suggest a Logical Modification to the Executive Pardon powers.

A President, who has lost their incumbent election, may NOT continue to issue pardons or executive orders after the NOV election date, which they have lost.
