#3 Baldwin has the mark of Cane on his forehead. He will complain about his situation for the rest of his life. It is a life sentence because it is internal. Maybe his one brother can get to him so it doesn’t end up being an eternal sentence.

#4 My money is on the DA intentionally messed it up as the DA had to be dragged into actually doing something. Note that the armorer tried to get her conviction over turned for the same reason the judge dismissed the Baldwin prosecution only to have her petition denied. Two tiers of justice.
