Can Jim Crow come back?

Some see it is already here, just in a different version and how
it is practiced:

* Political manipulation and suppression,
* Voter Plantations,
* Welfare,
* SNAP/FOOD STAMPS,
and Federal/State Reg's and $$$$ that promotes Fatherless families.

Many see these Government processes as actually geared to promote a separate sub-culture. Instead of mainstreaming the Black community into the usual American Melting Pot tradition and forming as United America.

The DC Swamp has for 50+ years has rewarded Black Community Influencers, used $$$$ and reg's all to accomplish a modernized version of segregation, (Race Pimping) and played the Black Community for its votes. (Race Baiting)
