#6 Canada has already been moving on the idea to kick Mexico out of the bilateral trade agreement.

Bit of what is going on. Mexico has mines, manufacturing plants, farms, etc. that Mexicans operate and own. China comes in and slips some money in the right places and then buys them up.
Currently China is forbitten to import a lot of these that are made in the US or the trade partners. They are getting around this and sending the hard currency back into China to fund their economy and stiffing the locals.

Same thing is starting in Peru now as well and the main port Peru has, China now owns and it is a deep water port.
