Unfortunately, much confusion exists (as was intended), that the titular Director of National Intelligence (DNI) is the head. Nothing could be further from the truth.

#5 The opposite is true. Generally, Trump doesn’t hold grudges. He sat down with the Biden’s the other day. The 51 need to be taken care of but not over a grudge. The system doesn’t work if there is no accountability for people that do illegal and dishonest stuff. There needs to be accountability for Vindman and Milley as well.
