Seems a rather small time crime for a shootout/suicide. Perhaps only the tip of the iceberg.

#4 $63k is well below the standard tip of 10%, $190k, and so not only a blight on the vocation in New York, but in serious union wage and conduct violations.

Of course we can't ask him now if it was Diddy Freakout tips or not.
