Via Wikipedia: Van Reenen's Pass is a pass through the Drakensberg mountains in South Africa. Elevation: 5,545 ft.

So, in the mountains at around the same elevation as Denver, Colorado. And the last time it snowed there was last year in July, which is winter in the southern hemisphere. Sign of the End Times, for sure!

#4 yes, about the same elevation as Denver

but it is at about 28 degrees south latitude
for comparison, Houston TX is at about 29 north latitude (and although unusual, snow has fallen there)
