Thus, as with the above, it is organized to subvert the rightful, lawful acts to which they were elected to uphold, the Law of the USG; RICO Charges can now come into effect, for further clarification for what was and was not done, in the last 42 months of this term. IMO

#3 Why now on the impeachment? While I find Harris unfit for just about any job, the timing of this looks very suspicious: could have, and should have been filed long ago, when she first ignored the border. There will be talking heads that say this is a desperate effort by the Republicans, and they may not be wrong.

#5 Besides, until one side or another have at least a 2/3 majority in the Senate, articles of impeachment won't go anywhere.
Unless the malfeasance is so obvious that both sides would vote for removal.
