#1 Using the old Russian space station as a model... There has got to be a lot of awful molds growing in all sorts of uncleanable niches all over ISS. It likely will not be medically safe past 2030.

#2 This will happen after the departure of the astronauts who will remain at the ISS till the station's orbit decays.

Guess Boeing can't get a rescue mission.
