#12 Joe is operating as a rubber stand for policies like the $12B bailout of CA. They would like him to finish his term because they are concerned that Kamala might try to actually be president. Also, being president and running for president is very difficult and takes a lot of dedication. I see no evidence that Kamala is dedicated enough to even practice her speeches before giving them. They have created themselves a muddy mire and driven their Malibu into the morass axel deep. Watching their wheels spin is very soothing and delightful.
