instead have a tablespoon of codliver oil morning and night then just at night.

take cold-pressed organic turmeric tablets with milk, or fatty foods, morning and night.

stop eating sugar and drinking alcohol.

this works better than NSAIDS. And I recall... Vioxx. It killed 50,000 people from heart attacks before it was recalled
