#6 The lawyer will ask if they did a threat assessment and looked at non lethal ways to apprehend him. Bashing the door in at zero dark thirty is looking to kill, not apprehend. Over a $200 dollar tax....
arresting him on his way to church or work. But then Hillary does have a knack for removing people that used to work for her.
