Questions:
Ok, they can castrate MALE sex offenders
what about the Females?

If they castrate male sex offenders, will they remove it all or the testicles?

What about Transgenders?

Either way it doesn't these perverts from other acts like Oral sex.

A better solution. Put them in prison for 20 years, no parole. Then let the prison population know and deal with it.
