#10 Be interesting to see what could be seen at the point the cop decided on his U-turn.
There in the vid, it looks as if the other lane could not be seen.
Closest would be the two inside lanes--opposing traffic--across the median. At what closing speed?
Have to be something obvious to spook the cop.
And to exit the car with a pistoln?
