Solution is simple.
Relocate the former Palestinian Bedouin's to their historical and home land Roots area (Iran/Syria and Jordon). Let them dig tunnels there.

#2 NN2N1, I've served with Bedouin trackers in IDF. I've had a Bedouin neighboor when I was married. You call any of them "Palestinian" to their face (including the neighboor who was/is [haven't seen him in a few years] a banker), they'd kill you (not joking).

#3 The high command of the military of Jordan is Bedouin as is the King's honor guard.

There was a war back in September 1970 between Palestinians and Jordan's Bedouins. It ended badly for the Palestinians.

Hell, Hamas kidnapped some Bedouins on Oct 7, resulting in some serious local tribal clan animosity over it.
