#2 Answered my own question. A total of 54 percent of American adults approve of the ruling, according to the YouGov survey that questioned nearly 3,500 citizens. About 38 percent said they strongly approved of the decision.

My superficial analysis - All the Dems (38%) and 16% Never Trumpers.

Law degrees have nothing to do with it. This was a political decision by judges with axes to grind and creds to embellish.

The word tantamount in this sentence is unnecessary. It is election interference, plain and simple. If Ronna McDaniel is so indignant about it, why doesn't the RNC file a lawsuit of their own?

#8 #4 Nails it. We (long ago) entered a battle where "the rule of law" is merely used as cover, and ignored entirely when it suits our opponents. If we think that votes alone will solve the problem we will lose again, because the other side will once again steal the mechanisms for tallying the votes.
