#4 Incident occurred around 7PM, and started in parking lot and migrated to the roof. Never inside the school where students were involved in after-hours activities. Few additional facts available, but not a hostage or school invasion scenario, perhaps because of prompt LE reaction? DOJ involvement seems premature but perhaps protocol triggered at SWAT roll-out to a school location?
