#2 Big wheels from the West are running to Kiev last two weeks. Promoting standstill. Rainy season fast approaches this promotes a standstill also. War is lost and other priorities have arose. Let Russia keep territories they have acquired. Protect Z from Western Kiev Bandera's. Key here is to have Russia go along with this deal. Knowing Russian ways it is my belief Russia will continue till this little war is done to their satisfaction. Removing sanctions big deal, they haven't worked anyway. The new priority is China. The DC war mongers want a new war to put China back in it's place.

#4 Today, Sept. 17, 1939, was the day the Soviet Union invaded Poland from the east as the Poles were fighting the Germans west of Warsaw.

#6 Forbes financial analysts are saying that Russia's spending on this war since its inception stands at US$167.3 billion.

This includes compensation to the families of the dead (US$25.6 billion) and wounded (US$21 billion) and the cost of destroyed equipment (US$34 billion).

With the fall of the ruble, the cost of compensation to the military in US dollars decreased significantly. If at the rate of 60 rubles/$ the cost of compensation to the family of the deceased in the Russian Federation was about US$110,000, now it is only about US$65,000 (the rate now is 100 rubles/$). The amount of compensation to the wounded, respectively, decreased from US$45,000 to US$27,000.

You can do the math on the number of 'compensated' dead and wounded.

#7 Re #6: The source for the info is the Ukrainian MoD, so I would be view it with skepticism. The dollar compensation figure matches the Russian casualty claims given by the Ukrainians.

Since its full-scale invasion of Ukraine began in February 2022, Russia has spent more than $160 billion on the war against Ukraine, Forbes reported based on data from the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces.
