#6 Russia has been using cluster munitions for over a year. And Ukraine has had a small supply from Turkey. Seems like a non-issue to me. Bow up more Russians. Save us the cost of dismantling the things. What’s not to like?

#7 I don’t like it. I don’t like that the US has the weapons and I don’t agree to their being transferred for use somewhere else. I am a U.S. taxpayer. I served and know why these munitions are not to be used.
