#8 One can easily see that a teacher aide salary could not possibly cover the costs of surgery and silicone to achieve that result. Around here they make a little above minimum wage for a part-time job — but given that it’s basically unskilled labour by housewives who want to get out of the house, there’s no reason to pay more.
