#3 ...Not that I know of - my fave theory though is that he was a CI for the Feds, and more than one agency at that. No terrorist, no Fiendish Plan (TM), just a nut who could have been stopped.

#4 I think the motive of the original shooter was insanity after loosing millions gambling but then it was quickly dropped without question so who knows.
