#1 I was wondering if we would find out what, if anything, happened to Zaluzhny.

Rumor was he had been killed in a massive missile strike somewhere. He missed a Zoom call - allegedly too busy running the war. The Ukrainians made a couple media attempts to show he was alive and well, but they were unconvincing enough to generate suspicion that he was no longer around.

As a science nerd, it is maddening that we cannot get good data about events. But I suppose that is par for the course in the intel world. Thanks for sticking with this, badanov.

#4 tl;dr: There was a big missile strike, some people of various import got killed. Deaders included General Zaluzhny who, as it turns out, was only mostly dead. So Dale was mostly right. Credit where credit is due.
