#9 18 USC 1001 - It's quite clear she made the statements. Who gives a rat's a$$ someone made her do it? So fooking what? She did it "to get attention". If she wants to hope for leniency by ratting out somebody else, fine. She knew it was wrong but did it anyway. Maybe I should post this twice.

I wish/hope she could get whacked in civil court, too. Imagine the hell the Kavanaugh family went though.

#13 Nobody is suggesting that she be treated with kid gloves...especially if she has nothing to offer a prosecutor. But if it can be proven that this woman received money for her testimony from the likes of Kamala Harris or Diane Feinstein, some kind of a deal might be appropriate.
