#1 Biden is targeting three specific groups. Most of the Cubans would be valid refugees to my understanding. His plan is talking about batches of 30k per month. That looks like window dressing to me.

#4 When he "visits the border" (Whatever can be twisted into meeting rather loose criteria?), I hope Mr. Biden is met by stone-faced border agents, those mounted agents who were falsely accused of horse-whipping invaders and after the "fact", slandered by the CiC.
