Given it was written, passed and made ballot Measure 114 illegally by the elected officials.

Did their actions Violate their OATH OF OFFICE?

The Oregon Oath which requires them to OBEY and follow the US Constitution (the 2nd included).

So shouldn't those involved, be forced to step down or be impeached.?
