Thus using Anti-Trump media numerous MSM and Social Media sites show Trump placed VP. Mike Pence in charge of the COV-19 handling in Feb. 2020.

So was it Pence that hosed it, or TRUMP that was fighting the MSM / LSD's/ and DC Swamp to even suggest International Travel bans?

#2 In the early months of Covid, you might give the Federal Govt some leeway in trying to focus the country on a response.

By late 2020, certainly by 2021, that excuse vanishes as more was known about the disease, detection, transmission, prevention and treatment.
