#5 Something to be said for uncommon sense.

A man suffered a flat tire on a dark day outside the fences of an insane asylum. Starting to change the tire, he noticed one of the inmates watching him over the fence. As he nervously hurried to complete the tire change, he did not notice the lug nuts rolling down a sewer drain behind him. As the driver realized the lug nuts were gone, the inmate called out, "hey buddy, your lug nuts went down the sewer drain". As the driver wondered what to do, the inmate continued, "it isn't a problem, just take a single lug nut from the other three wheels and drive carefully to a station." The driver said, "that is an intelligent suggestion! What are you doing in that place?" The inmate replied, "buddy, I'm here because I'm crazy, not because I'm stupid!"
