One would think any sane DA or Judge would understand that the Social Justice "Catch and Release" process isn't working and has serious social and safety ramifications...l say after the 3rd or 4th arrest.

We need to bring back good old Criminal Nut Houses/mental wards for such obviously socially dangerous criminals.
