#3 Claiming innocence for wrong doing seems to be very common in the Biden (SD) junta.

Once again I'll say I am sure it is a small rouge politically planted element in the agency and a majority of the staff and agency see their careers being are threatened if they don't toe the line. Hence the leaks we see.

#6 As we have seen, the safeguards to protect citizens built into the Patriot Act (and it's incarnations) and the FISA process are broken, have been seriously abused and need to be fixed or scrapped. Maybe the problem is that this act and the process is secretive and extra-constitutional--a tempting invitation for over-reach by tyrants.
