Like I have said in various ways.

If it ain't immediately locked and a seal put in place in vault with two 24/7 guards, it is not secure or protected.

Less anyone forget the Video's of the cargo vans in Fulton Co. Ga. unloading "freshly found" ballots. AFTER Poll watchers were sent home.
